Acceptance of Terms
By using the The Angels Foundation website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
Using This Website
You may browse public pages, apply to volunteer, send a message, ask a question, or submit a review. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site (including attempting to access the admin area without permission, overloading the server, or posting unlawful or harmful content).
Reviews and questions may be published after staff review. We may decline, edit for length or clarity (except FAQ questions, which are kept as submitted), or remove content that is abusive, false, or off-topic.
Donations
Cash gifts are collected through our third-party donation page. That provider's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. The Angels Foundation records campaign progress on this website for transparency; we do not store your card number.
In-kind gifts (clothing, household items, groceries) are arranged by contacting us directly. Tax receipts, where applicable, follow Canada Revenue Agency rules for registered charities.
Intellectual Property
Site text, layout, logos, and photos we own remain the property of The Angels Foundation or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy the site for a commercial project without permission.
Volunteer photos and testimonials are used with the understanding that they may appear on this website once approved.
Liability & Governing Law
The website is provided to share our work and to let the community reach us. We aim to keep information current but programmes, event dates, and donation goals can change. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or hosting issues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario, Canada.
